Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins with paper cups.
- Mix the dry ingredients together with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, mix egg and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir briefly, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Stir in 1 cup of fruit (1/2 cup of dried fruit) - Spoon
batter into muffin trays.
- Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
