 Balloon & Toilet Paper Ghost

What you'll need: balloon |
 |
Inflate
the balloon. Tie ribbon to balloon. The "top" of the ghost's head is where the ribbon is tied. Tape long strips of toilet paper to at least four sides of the balloon. |

Be
generous with the toilet paper strips. Long, floating paper strips make
for a spooky ghost! |
 |
Draw
a spooky ghost face on the toilet paper. Be careful not to rip through
the paper with your pen! |
 |
Hang
up your ghost or run around the yard trailing him behind like a kite! |
